Snow... and a lot of it! Here's some pics I took of the happenings at le maison de Tomlinson. (I don't know why I'm suddenly french, just go with it!)

Christmas time is here!!

We are so ready for Christmas this year! I don't know what it is, but I feel like Clark Griswold all of a sudden! We went to see Ice at Opryland with Leslie, Denny, & the boys on Saturday night. (Bailee stayed at Nanny's) It was sooooo cold, but despite our red noses and frozen limbs, we had a lot of fun. Afterwards, we went to the Aquarium restaurant at the mall and I think the kids enjoyed that more than Ice! They were mesmerized by the fish and sharks. Braden said "this is berry fun!"

Happy Halloween!

Last weekend we took the kids to Walden Pumpkin Farm. They had a blast going through the kids hay maze and seeing all the animals. They each picked out their own pumpkin- although Bailee tried to eat hers!

Then we went to a fall festival where they played games, jumped on inflatables, ate cotton candy, and went trick-or-treating! Brooklyn and Braden even went on their first pony rides!

On Halloween, we went to the trunk-or-treat at church and got way too much candy! Bailee was a bunny, Braden was batman, and Brooklyn was sleeping beauty.

Hope everyone had a fun halloween- we sure did!

Happy Birthday Bailee!!!

Today is Bailee's 1st birthday! I can't believe she is 1 already- where does the time go?! We had a birthday party for her last night and she loved eating her cupcake! Thanks to all those who gave her gifts- they were all wonderful. She especially loves her stroller/walker from Aunt Leslie- she's already pushing it around like a pro!

Disney World

After being gone for 8 days it is good to finally be home. A trip to Disney World is a lot of work- you need a vacation from your vacation when it's all over with! First, we stayed in GA with Kim and Jerry for 2 nights. The kids were spoiled and Braden wouldn't leave Jerry's side the whole time. Leslie and Denny came down as well and we all went to the Atlanta Zoo. We barely missed the baby Panda's birth (it was born later that night), but we did get to watch the snakes being fed their dinner (white rats!).

Then we were off to Disney! We stayed there for 6 days and had a great time at the "happiest place on earth"!
Brooklyn went to the salon in Cinderella's castle and had the royal treatment. She got her hair, nails, and makeup done, complete with a princess dress, crown, and sash!

Braden loved driving the race cars and shooting aliens on the Buzz Lightyear ride.

Bailee loved the carousel and danced and sang on the Small World ride. She did not, however, like the characters (completely scared of them!).

We rode every ride, met every character and princess, and even found time to go swimming. By the end of our trip we were completely exhausted! But alas, it was all worth it just to see the smiles on our kids faces :)

New Beginnings

After many months of cleaning for showings, house hunting, and last minute drama, we finally moved out of the townhouse and into our new home! Everything is going great- the unpacking and decorating are slowly coming along and we love it here. Our house is already the new hangout for the neighborhood kids! Brooklyn and Braden love playing outside everyday, which is something they never got to do before, and it also helps burn off their abundant energy ( I can hardly keep up). Brooklyn is taking to her new school really well and Brian is excited to mow the yard (he actually likes it!). We can't wait to have company over, so for all those who live nearby, we'll hopefully be seeing you soon!
